The Knight is a labour of love from me, and will be one of the slower-paced books I put out.
Ultimately a love letter to pulp adventure, The Knight follows the tale of a wealthy English industrialist and WW2 war hero, Adam Grant, as he sets off for adventure in Africa, where he hopes to link up with his friend, the American hunter and adventurist Luke Bradley. While there, he meets the French archeologist Sofia and Bradley’s assistant Lucy O’Neil. The four venture off into the jungles of Ethiopia, intent on beating a Soviet military expedition to find and retrieve a legendary piece of historic mythology. The travels of both groups encounter perils, such as gunfire, crocodiles, lions, violent rivers and more. The adventure culminates in a discovery for the ages and will keep readers intrigued by the events and conclusion - and where it goes from there.
I plan to release this story, as with others, along with an accompanying novella, which I plan on being the first of many in a James Bond meets Indiana Jones (with a hint of Brendan Fraser’s The Mummy) inspired series of adventures, which will still be unique, I believe will be loved and enjoyed by all who read them.
